The Business Plan for Establishment of the Company on the Production and Sale of Fruit Jams

The aim of this thesis is the complete elaboration of a business plan for a small business in the manufacture of products from fruit. Purpose of the newly founded company is the production of high quality jams, which are free of chemical additives and dyes, and honestly made from Czech ingredients. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts in the structure of the business plan, including an explanation of the methods of analysis environment and primary marketing research of market and target customers, which are subsequently used in the analytical part of this work. The proposals of this paper compiled financial, marketing, organizational and temporal aspects of the project including risk assessment.

The Master’s thesis deals with processing of a business plan for establishing a family guesthouse. In the first chapter of this thesis are defined theoretical foundations for starting a business, describes the structure and essentials of a business plan and analytical methods and tools. The second chapter analyzes external and internal environment, including the primary marketing research, on the basis of which the complete business plan of the family pension is elaborated in the third chapter.

The diploma thesis is focused on creating a business plan for establishing a fitness center in Šlapanice. The first theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to the field of business and legal forms, principles and structure of the business plan, especially the analytical research methods used in planning. The analytical part includes analysis of the business environment for the validation of the idea and mapping of the market and general environment. Subsequently, a suitable strategy is chosen for the start-up in this area, which is elaborated into individual parts of the business plan so that it is feasible and viable.
